Balance & Vestibular Wellness Training (BVWT) is designed to help those with balance issues regain control of their movements, and therefore their lives.

The program isolates the most appropriate core principles and movements from the healing and martial arts of Tai Chi, Meditation, Ba Gua and Chi Kung, and teaches them in depth to get results faster than by taking the time to learn an entire art form.

Techniques and exercises from one or all of these arts are chosen based on your abilities and needs to create the right training program for your situation. And since the movements and principles are all essential to understanding any internal form, those who complete a BVWT are well prepared to study any art at a very deep level.
